Our final event of 2016 for The Lightning! The Lightning defeated the Carolina Hurricanes, 3 to 1. What an Awesome way to end the year! Cheers to a successful 2017....Go Bolts!!!

New Year's Eve Party 12/31/2016
The Drynk is located in South Tampa and is a popular club with Amazing Club Lights, the best we've seen. We provided a 500 count balloon drop in the VIP Lounge, 200 Loose Balloons and Balloon Columns with 2017 floating above for the VIP Entrance. We were able to pull off setting up everything within approximately 2 hours. Cheers to 2017!

New Year's Eve Parties 12/31/2016
Last year we provided two balloon drops, but this year, Palma Ceia requested three, one in the Ballroom for families and children, one in the Bar/Lounge, and finally, one in the Dining Room. The Ballroom was extremely colorful and included a 500 count balloon drop. The Bar and Dining Room was for the Adults, both were Black, Silver and White balloons. We provided a 250 count for the Bar and a 300 count for the Dining Room. The Dining Room had black lights set up for a Neon/Glow Black Light Party!!! Happy New Year!

Private Customer 12/30/2016
A new client came to us after seeing our balloon decor at the Hard Rock Cafe for the Willy Wonka VIP Party. She wanted us to decorate her party tent and backyard for the Annual New Year's Eve Party! Our schedule was already booked for New Year's Eve Day, however, with our client in agreement, we were able to fit her in the evening of December 30th. We suggested Mylar balloons due to the early setup, and everything lasted perfectly through January 1 in the late afternoon for removal. We provided four mylar balloon columns, a newly created tabletop centerpiece design "Mini Elegance-Star Edition", a small balloon drop, "2017" in Holographic Silver Megaloon Numbers, a custom made mylar hanging Starburst for focal point, Mylar Champagne Bottle Balloons to hang from ceiling of Tent, several mylar balloon bouquets, and finally, our Latex Flower Tabletop Centerpiece. The colors were Gold, Black and Silver with a few accents of color. The entire design package was absolutely gorgeous. Happy New Year!!!

IOWA Hawkeyes for Outback Bowl 12/30/16
Collegiate Athletic Travel contacted us to provide balloons for their Registration Table at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel in the Main Lobby. CAT had lots of fans coming in for the Outback Bowl, and chose us to decorate for them. They needed a Balloon Arch to last from 12/30/16 through the evening of 1/3/2017, that's 5 days. We suggested Mylar as it's the most durable and could definitely withstand the full 5 days without any repairs. We also recommended adding the "IOWA" in Megaloon Letters to the top of the Arch, and it turned out to be stunning! A few balloon bouquets to add in the package, and it was the perfect balloon design package for their needs.

We setup a 1000 count Balloon Drop in the Worship Center on the evening of 12/29/16, the service and celebration was 12/31/16 at 7 p.m. We also provided several Balloon Columns with an Arrow Pattern Design. It's always nice when our clients like to do designs that aren't the standard. They also wanted a few 36" Round Latex Balloons to throw around when it was time for the Balloon Drop! We can't Thank River of Life enough for their loyalty and continued business throughout 2016. We finally received a picture of one of our Balloon Drops actually being Released. Happy New Year River Of Life!!!

A client had a last minute request for Christmas Eve. Her daughter is having a new Baby Boy, and our client wanted to have some fun revealing the gender to family and friends. We provided six black latex balloons, all with silver confetti inside to trick all the participants. The 2yr. old big brother-to-be came out after all balloons were popped with a Pink and Blue balloon, and then, popped the Pink one, leaving the Blue one to reveal a new Baby Brother! Such an Awesome way for the Big Brother to join in the Fun! We also had to sneak in a few balloon bouquets for Mommy-To-Be and Big Brother-To-Be, gifts for both after the Big Announcement.

We received a call late afternoon on Christmas Eve to deliver a cheerful Christmas Balloon Bouquet to a special friend at St. Anthony's Hospital. The recipient was so delighted when we arrived with his balloon bouquet.

One Child, One Star, One Night Celebration 12/22/2016
ROLCC in celebrating the birth of Christ hosted a beautiful celebration; One Child, One Star, One Night! We provided six latex Christmas tree sculptures in various heights, and several of our Simplicity Centerpiece with a Mylar Star to be placed on their Worship Center stage.

We provided 8ft tall blue and white latex candy cane sculptures for the Thunder Alley Plaza Stage and the game against The St. Louis Blues. The final score was TBL 5 vs. STL 2, our Bolts Win! We are grateful to remain the preferred balloon decorator for The Tampa Bay Lightning! Go Bolts!

D-Line Delivers Christmas 12/20/2016
The Buccaneers’ fifth annual “D-Line Delivers Christmas” event surprised 60 under served families with toys, bicycles, a shopping spree and more. Nearly a dozen Tampa Bay Buccaneers players played the role of Santa Claus to deliver happiness and joy just in time for the holidays. In total, the Buccaneers defensive line and coaches donated more than $40,000 for the holiday surprise, benefiting the most children and families in the program’s five-year history. We were asked to provide two spiral balloon arches in red and pewter, and two candy cane sculptures to add to the fun and festivities of this Amazing Event! We are proud of our Bucs and the generous support they provide to our community. Go Bucs!!!

More than 60 individuals facing tough times this holiday season will now have a Christmas to remember thanks to Gerald and Ebony McCoy. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ four-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle, along with his wife and their four children, showed the power of paying it forward by surprising 22 families with gifts on Monday night. “I always say God blesses us so we can bless others,” said McCoy. “The blessings we receive are not about us, it’s about what we do with them and how we can touch other people’s lives with them.” Now in its fourth year, the “McCoy Family Christmas” initiative has surprised under served children and parents in need of support with a memorable holiday experience, courtesy of the Buccaneers captain and his family. As is their custom, the team effort included participation from McCoy’s entire family wanting to share in the season of giving. CBC had the incredible opportunity to participate in this astonishing Event by providing two candy cane balloon sculptures too add in the Christmas Spirit for the children that had the chance to participate.

Entryway Santa Arch 12/17/2016
ROLCC wanted a long-lasting latex balloon arch that would hold up well for a few weeks. We created this custom Santa Arch on 12/17/16 and it lasted through 12/29, which was roughly 2 weeks. We only had a few minor repairs during this time. This was the first time ROLCC showcased Santa Claus for the children and it was a huge hit! They also decided to use the Arch as part of their Christmas Photo Booth. We are so thankful for their continued business and loyalty to our services. Thank you ROLCC and the entire family, Merry Christmas!

We provided six spiral latex balloon columns for the corporate holiday party hosted by The Hilton St. Petersburg and then transported the columns to the Transamerica offices for the Annual Breakfast with Santa the following day. We added two more spiral balloon columns, two candy cane sculptures and several "Lucky 7" latex balloon trees for Breakfast with Santa.

A Candy Land Christmas Concert for the elementary students at Plato Academy of St. Petersburg. This was our second year providing balloon decor for their holiday concert. The theme was a Candy Land Celebration, and we provided the perfect Lollipop Balloon photo backdrop. Sweet Treats and lots of Fun!

HART hosted a holiday party for the employees and had us provide the balloon decorations. We created our Flower Helium Filled Tabletop Centerpieces and two spiral latex Balloon Columns in dark blue and white to accommodate their logo colors.

Dessert Extravaganza 12/11/2016
We provided holiday balloon decor for the Half-Time Dessert Extravaganza in The East and The West Clubs of Raymond James Stadium for the December 11th game against The New Orleans Saints. This was a Big Game for our Bucs, Tampa Bay had to win in Week 14 to remain in the lead for a Wild Card position, and they did so, taking their fifth straight to also remain tied atop the NFC South. The Final score was Bucs 16, Saints 11, and it was such an exciting and riveting game for all the Fans. CBC remains honored and grateful to be a preferred balloon decorator for our Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The event was held at The Sheraton Sand Key Resort on Clearwater Beach in the Island Ballroom. We always put our signature in the balloons by using variations in latex shape, it's an advantage in using our services and sets us apart from other balloon vendors. CBC balloon drops are always more exciting and overstuffed with balloons!

A Willy Wonka Candy Land Dream for the VIP Holiday Celebration! In partnership with Fuel 4, we created small, medium and large multi-color Swirl Latex Lollipops, Candy Swirl Mylar balloons wrapped in cello and large 36" round latex balloons hanging from the ceiling, some were wrapped in cello to look like large candies or jaw breakers. Setting up for this Event was so much Fun, we even gave flavor names to the swirl lollipops according to color! This was one of the very best events that we've had the opportunity to be a part of, I mean, who doesn't love Willy Wonka and Candy? To recreate a Willy Wonka Dream Land with Balloons was absolutely Spectacular and so much Fun! We were very pleased with the chance to showcase our true talent. The Fuel4 Team is always a pleasure to work with, and our talents pair perfectly to create Extraordinary Decorations/Props for any Event! It was truly a World of Pure Imagination for the Hard Rock VIP attendees!

Tampa Housing Authority hosts a Senior Holiday Party every year with gifts included. We provided our Simple 3 tabletop centerpiece, spiral latex balloon columns, and a framed spiral balloon arch for a grand holiday entrance. We put a twist on the weighted base by using a clear glass vase, glass beads, and a light inside for illumination. Merry Christmas!!!

Grand Opening of Tampa Bay Sports Store in Tampa's premier International Plaza Mall on Black Friday. The store features the latest, licensed merchandise from local sports teams, including, but not limited to, the Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, USF Bulls, Florida Gators and Florida State Seminoles. The grand opening of the new, 1,500-square foot mall location included a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. featuring The Lightning Girls and Lightning executives. We were delighted to accommodate the Ribbon Cutting with our Balloon Columns on a short notice.

We provided large 40" Megaloon Letters to spell out "Marcellus" for the entryway, loose latex balloons to be placed at ceiling in multiple rooms, and our balloon bouquets, both floor-standing and tabletop. Happy Birthday Marcellus!!!

The turnout for their holiday party was very significant, and Banquet Masters in Clearwater hosted the Event. The Simple 3 is our most budget friendly tabletop centerpiece and adds so much color to a somewhat empty, bare space!

We are delighted and honored to provide balloon decorations for the Alzheimer's Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter yet again this year, for all of the Southwest Florida Walks to End ALZ. The ninth and final walk of the season was held at North Collier Regional Park in beautiful Naples. Many Thanks to Memory Care of Naples for helping to make the Balloon Arch possible. Once again, we decided to create Custom Balloon Flowers of Hope to top the columns and accommodate the Pinwheels of Hope, a signature staple of the Alzheimer's Association Walks. 2016 Turkey Trot 11/18/2016
On Friday, November 18th, the Berkeley Parent's Club hosted their third annual Turkey Trot, A Run-Giving Event. All Lower Division students from Pre-K to 5th Grade will run a 1k, 3k or 5k to raise money for Berkeley's Lower Division as well as a local neighborhood charity, The Children’s Home. The Children’s Home is a remarkable local organization founded in 1892, providing refuge as well as therapeutic services for children in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties who have suffered abuse, neglect or abandonment by their families or others. In the past, funds raised have supported the Pre-K Playground improvements and new Maker Space area in Lower Division. The messages of giving and gratitude will continue to be reinforced with the children during the months of October and November. Donations will be taken up until November 30th. We provided a spiral latex balloon arch in Berkeley colors as well as, a few spiral latex balloon columns for the track.

HART HyperLINK Launch 11/14/2016
We provided our standard spiral latex balloon columns for the ribbon cutting ceremony to showcase the launch of the HART HyperLINK, the nation's first transit-operated ride share service! HART staff attended the University Area Transit Center for a small ceremony celebrating the launch of the innovative public-private partnership. Staff was on hand providing information and helping patrons download the app for the new service. The new service provides a first mile/last mile connection to the HART system. No more long walks in the heat, rain, etc. Simply download the app, or call, and HyperLINK will shuttle you to a designated HART HyperLINK stop!

We are delighted and honored to provide balloon decorations for the Alzheimer's Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter yet again this year, for all of the Southwest Florida Walks to End ALZ. The eighth walk was held at Nathan Benderson Park in Beautiful Sarasota. Many Thanks to Autumn Memory Care Communities of Sarasota for helping to make the Balloon Arch possible. Once again, we decided to create Custom Balloon Flowers of Hope to top the columns and accommodate the Pinwheels of Hope, a signature staple of the Alzheimer's Association Walks.

The Buccaneers hosted the Holiday Card Event at Raymond James Stadium to recognize all the Holiday Card Art Exhibit participants and finalists. We provided several large Candy Cane balloon columns and two 8ft tall x 12ft wide spiral latex balloon arches to add to the fun of the event. We helped create excellent photo opportunities for all participants.

Gift of Adoption is celebrating National Adoption Awareness Month and its 20th anniversary in a big way. Throughout November, Gift of Adoption will host adoption awareness and celebration events in 30 communities across the country to recognize and celebrate families and the volunteers and donors who are committed to uniting more children with a forever family. Each of the 30 events will feature one-mile walks to represent the final mile in a child’s adoption journey, followed by a community celebration. Gift of Adoption invites those touched by adoption and all who care about improving the lives of children. We provided a 8ft tall x 10ft wide framed spiral latex balloon arch in purple violet, red and white to accommodate their logo.

The Tampa Bay Lightning hosted their annual Military Appreciation Night presented by Laser Spine Institute. They took on the New York Islanders and through the Lightning's Seats for Service program, the team's generous fans and partners have helped treat 2,500 service members and their families for the game against the Islanders, as well as future ones. The Bolts wore camouflage jerseys during pregame warm ups that will be auctioned off later to benefit military charities through the Lightning Foundation. We provided 10ft tall fancy latex Shooting Star Columns in patriotic colors for the Thunder Alley Stage at Amalie Arena. With Respect, Honor and Gratitude, a big thank you to our Veterans and Troops!

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers invited 10 students from Buccaneers Academies and their special guests to One Buc Place for the Inaugural Buccaneers Academy Holiday Card Art Exhibit. The exhibit displayed the top 10 art pieces from the Annual Buccaneers Academy Holiday Card Art Contest held earlier this fall. Students from all 24 Buccaneers Academies were invited to participate in the contest for a chance to have their art featured on the Buccaneers Holiday card. Buccaneers Academies provide children in under served communities with year round curriculum, state-of-the-art resources and hands-on participation from Bucs players and cheerleaders, as well as large shade covered Fitness Zones to expand educational opportunities outside the classroom and encourage active lifestyles. We were honored to provide Latex Balloon Columns for the Stage and we topped the Columns with a Sign that The Bucs provided. Congratulations to the Finalists!

We are delighted and honored to provide balloon decorations for the Alzheimer's Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter yet again this year, for all of the Southwest Florida Walks to End ALZ. The seventh walk was held at Amalie Arena in Tampa. Many Thanks to The Estate at Hyde Park for helping to make the Balloon Arch possible. We only had one arch for the day, so we decided to put a fresh spin on the Column Tops. We created Custom Balloon Flowers of Hope to harmonize with the Pinwheels of Hope, a signature staple of the Alzheimer's Association Walks.

This event benefits Gorrie Elementary School by providing funds for resources such as teacher training, events, technology and facility improvements, class programs and many other items to continuously improve the learning experience for our children. This year, the funds being raised will be used to support teachers through classroom grants for continuing education workshops and seminars, science projects, writing aids, and supplemental materials not provided by the county that teachers believe will make a difference in learning. A portion of the funds will also supplement the art and music department, ongoing maintenance, repair and replacement of visual aid equipment in every classroom, and Gorrie Cares service projects which allows the students to give back to the community. We were delighted to provide our 8ft tall x 12ft wide Spiral Latex Balloon Arch yet again this year adding to the fun and excitement of the event! We are happy to announce that Gorrie Elementary raised 115% of their Fundraising Goal. Way to Go Jaguars!!!

The Lightning hosted Hockey Fights Cancer night at Amalie Arena when they faced off against the Boston Bruins. All Tampa Bay Lightning players wore special lavender-colored Hockey Fights Cancer jersey during pre-game warm ups. During the game, Lightning coaches and broadcasters wore official Hockey Fights Cancer ties. Players will wear a special helmet decal during the game, and the Lightning will also convert all their rinkboards and in-game visual media to lavender in order to generate increased awareness for the cause. We provided our fancy latex Balloon Columns for the Thunder Alley Stage at Amalie Arena. Be The Thunder! Go Bolts!!!

Our client requested a small 7ft tall x 8ft wide spiral latex balloon arch and three custom made balloon animal sculptures. We went above and beyond the clients expectations and added two palm trees and created the Animals much better than the picture we were given to replicate. Our client was absolutely delighted when the setup was complete.

The Tampa Bay Walk for Children with Apraxia event is one way that friends, families and children all come together to celebrate children affected by Apraxia and raise awareness throughout the community. This is the second year that we provided Latex Balloon Columns for this Amazing Walk held at the Beautiful Flora Wylie Park on North Shore Drive in St. Petersburg. This organization does so much for families effected by Apraxia and we were honored to assist for such a wonderful cause that helps the children in our community!

The Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation is a beacon of hope for those who are affected by teenage mental illness. From free mental health programs for teens, to peer support curriculum in local schools, to nationwide 5k races that raise awareness for teenage depression and anxiety, CKG Foundation helps those who are fighting the good fight to SpeakUp and get help. This event was held for the first time ever in Tampa at Al Lopez Park and we were chosen to help assist with four latex balloon columns and loose latex balloons to tie around the event. We are honored to be a part of a much needed cause in our community!

Her favorite drink was a Margarita and we provided a Margarita Balloon in memory of her. We were delighted to assist The Eagles Golf Club in providing the balloons needed to make this Event memorable!

The clients requested a Champagne Balloon and wanted the dramatic effect of bubble balloons to create a celebratory effect with a balloon sculpture. The sculptures look so good, you could almost drink from the them! Such a "bubbly" creation for any type of Celebration!

2016 Fan Fest
We are so honored to continue the tradition of Balloon Columns for The Thunder Alley Plaza Stage at Amalie Arena. Fan Fest is the beginning of another fabulous season of Bolts Hockey! At Fan Fest, there is live team scrimmages, autographs from our beloved players, and also some programming starring some of our favorite Lightning players! Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration
This is truly one of our favorite design packages. The clients were amazing to work with, and the venue, Red Door No. 5 in Tampa was perfect for our balloon designs and the entire celebration! The clients came to us after another balloon vendor couldn't accommodate their needs and create what they really wanted and were envisioning. We love creating designs for clients that provide a Challenge, and when a more artistic approach is requested, we always welcome the opportunity! The Abstract Black and White Balloon Wall turned out to be 12ft tall x 12ft wide with all the balloons inflated and attached in different sizes. Excellent design choice for a photo backdrop! We also created an Abstract Latex Balloon Whip Arch with our own personal artistic touch added. Finally, the client wanted to hang pictures and attach them to black balloons, but wanted them to float and hover over the gift table. We pulled off this amazing look in less than 30 minutes. The entire package was definitely not your Standard, Basic Balloon Decorations. We had tons of Fun and so extremely Delighted to really show off our Balloon Talent! It's always so nice to receive clients that like to think outside the Basics!

IDC was running a Tacori Promotion at the Clearwater and Tampa locations. We were asked to help bring attention to the front entrance and decorate inside. The client decided to have us put Mylar Columns at the entrance per our recommendation, which was a great choice in our Florida heat being outdoors for extended periods of time. The Columns held up for two full days beautifully and probably could've withstood a full week outdoors! Always a pleasure to work with clients that consider our recommendations! We created our Grand Elegance in Sapphire Blue with our custom made tissue tassel garland in Blue, Silver and White. Finally, a few of our staggered Fabulous 5 latex balloon trees, and the entire package came together.

The Northwestern Mutual Tampa office and John Hopkins All Children's Hospital partnered to host an Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) event. ALSF is a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer. Northwestern Mutual is a corporate partner and has raised over $3 Million for ALSF, and they work together with ALSF to support several specific childhood cancer programs. Northwestern Mutual contacted us to provide our "Terrific 10" Foil Balloon Trees for the ALSF event being held at John Hopkins All Children's Hospital.

The Catholic College Preparatory School is the first of its kind in Florida. Each student will participate in a work-study program, once a week, to off-set tuition costs and learn about future careers. The students enrolled at Cristo Rey come from families who otherwise would not be able to afford the private school tuition. Draft Day is a celebration for the students and partners to be announced and paired for their work-study program. What an amazing opportunity for the students involved! We provided tabletop centerpieces and balloon columns attached to 2020 for the stage.

We provided a Double Link-o-Loon Arch for the Entrance to The Grand Ballroom at Tampa Marriott Waterside, a few of our illuminated "Grand Elegance" floor-standing centerpieces, illuminated link-o-loon columns and a few balloon trees. The client was expecting a single-linked arch and we surprised them with a complimentary double-linked arch!

We created mylar geometric shapes to line the lawn next to the road and with the wind blowing, it was hard to get good pictures! The mylar held up for the entire event and a perfect choice for a hot, humid day in the Sun!

The client contacted us at 1:00 p.m. on June 14th and needed balloons by 5:00 p.m.! We hustled to get everything ready and arrived at the Tampa Convention Center in time and ready to go, however, plans can change instantly, and we were asked to setup, instead, first thing the morning of June 15th. We created a 7ft tall Ashley Furniture Logo Sculpture in orange latex balloons and provided 100 black and orange loose balloons to tie around the room. The balloons were used in a special contest and our balloon props helped the clients Team take 1st Place!!!

It assists homeless and working poor families with minor children to recover stability, achieve self-sufficiency, and break the cycle of poverty. Resurrection House eliminates a family's cycle of poverty by providing a variety of opportunities for furthering education, training to increase job skills, case management and counseling, a beautiful and safe home, as well as many other services. Celebration Balloon Center was delighted to provide a balloon package for this wonderful charitable organization within our Community!

The talented NCS students created the actual Rubix Cube sitting on top the Column. Back to the 80's and Like Totally Rad!!!

What a Fun Display to create, the customer requested a "princess carriage" to span over the dessert table and supplied us with an image to replicate. Of course, we had to improve the design, this was the final product. A carriage fit for a Princess!
